Our plant covers 20,000 m² with 18 injection and blow moulding lines running in three shifts. In-house mould making lets us control quality, cost and delivery from the first sample to mass production.

Resin grade, MFI and colour are verified against the approved sample before any production run starts.
IPQC patrols each machine every two hours, checking weight, wall thickness, dimensions and appearance.
Final inspection to AQL 2.5 (or your standard), with a photo report issued before the container is sealed.
